ZIP files can sometimes be tricky, especially with larger ones (5+GB). If you’re having trouble opening one of our product files—like errors while unzipping, empty folders, or missing content—here’s how to fix it:
- Locate the ZIP file you downloaded (it’s likely in your default “Downloads” folder).
- Drag the ZIP file onto your desktop.
- Unzip or open the file directly from your desktop.
This simple step resolves most issues on both Windows and macOS.

No worries! You can always access your purchased sample packs through your account on our website. If you need help, our support team can resend the link.

What formats do your samples come in?
All samples are delivered in high-quality WAV format (usually 24-bit), compatible with all major DAWs.
Are your sample packs royalty-free?
Yes—everything is 100% royalty-free. You can use them in your productions, commercial releases, and live performances without additional fees.
How do I download the sample pack after purchase?
You'll be redirected to a download page immediately after successful purchase, and on top of that, you’ll receive a download link via email instantly after checkout and last but not least, you can also access it through your account page.
Do I need any special software to use your samples?
No special software is required. The WAV files work in all DAWs such as FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, and more.
Can I use these samples in commercial projects?
Absolutely. Once purchased, you can use them in songs, YouTube content, film scores, and any other commercial work.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because the products are downloadable, refunds are generally not available. However, contact support if you experience issues.
